Canon 7D firmware update
Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 9:55AM If you've been having those problems where the camera is displaying corrupted files right after you shoot your video clip - even though the clip is the approximate size it's supposed to be, it just can be opened or read - then perhaps the new firmware update will fix that.
Right now the update is not available on the Canon USA site, but you can find it on the Canon UK site.
Thanks to Canon Rumors for posting the link and info!

Canon took down the link yesterday, however, I still have a copy saved, and so does CANON RUMORS!
Message me if you want it, or download it directly from CR and get the firmware update that was released a little too soon. Of course, I'd keep the 1.2.3 7D update on hand as well just in case, if you need to roll back or something.

Okay, the firmware update is officially back again, otherwise why would CANON USA and CANON UK have it on their sites?!?!?!
So if you've been experiencing a phenomenon where you corrupted movie files, even though the file size indicates there is something within the file, but the neither the camera will play it back nor your computer - well, this firmware update is supposed to help with that.

This is the CANON USA link to both the MAC and PC versions.
